Filing your OSHA 300A - Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses
BRIEF: The OSHA Form 300A is the Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses . All establishments covered by Part 1904 must complete the Summary, even if no work-related injuries or illnesses occurred during the year. Below is a tutorial on how to complete and file your 300A with OSHA:
- Log in to your account (or create a new account if you're new)
- From the dashboard go to OSHA 300

- Make sure you select the correct Year and Establishment to submit for at the top right:

Click the plus button and follow the steps from there. Each page has a help bar on the right to walk you through each step.

On the last step be sure and click "Yes" to "File this 300A with OSHA".

Continue to checkout if you have not already. Once checked out the 300A will be queued up and submitted within the hour typically.
